Terms of SaleAny price quoted in Euros is done so on an estimated exchange rate only, this may differ from the eventual exchange rate used by credit card companies & banks when payment is made SlothStuff does not accept responsibility for these differences and will offer no refunds or amendments in relation to this. All orders must be delivered to the registered cardholder’s address. Address checks will take place, so to avoid unnecessary delay please ensure the correct address is given. We are unable to deliver to foreign military bases. Delivery to PO boxes is also not possible. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that online stock data is kept up to date, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that this data is entirely accurate. As a result of this we cannot guarantee that the item or items ordered will be currently in stock. We will however do our utmost to contact you as soon as possible to advise you if there is any part of your order that contains out of stock items and discuss the available options. If no contact has been made we reserve the right to dispatch available stock items as and when they become available. We will only charge for dispatched items. As a rule we do not ship internationally, but on special occasions where this has been arranged and agreed, SlothStuff cannot and will not be responsible for customs duties and additional charges. These charges cannot be foreseen or pre-calculated and are not the responsibility of SlothStuff . If payment is refused on these items and the customer does not receive the items, SlothStuff will only be responsible for non-delivery of goods as a result can only offer refunds on items returned directly to SlothStuff premises, but not postage and shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer. Every effort is made by SlothStuff to ensure that goods arrive in perfect condition. We will always check items before shipping, but cannot be held responsible any damage added by the courier. All damages must be signed for as “Damaged” on receipt and claimed according to the carrier’s terms and conditions. The customer upon placing the order accepts the risk of damage. Every effort is made to keep products & pricing information up to date. If an error is discovered in your order we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the published error. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an incorrect order and you will have the option to continue with the order at the correct price or to cancel. SlothStuff operates an automated website. The system is to be used as was originally intended and any attempt to modify / manipulate an order or payment in any form other than those systems provided by SlothStuff is strictly forbidden and will be deemed as an act of electronic crime and the relevant authorities will be notified immediately. In addition to this, all orders will be considered null and void at the discretion of SlothStuff and any costs incurred are the responsibility of the aforementioned perpetrator. Terms and Conditions on Invoice.The following information will be provided on the invoice but is listed here for your convenience in advance: Please make all cheques payable to SlothStuff Jamie Brandon trading as SlothStuff. All Prices in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment strictly in advance. This invoice is for IMMEDIATE payment if currently unpaid. Payment Terms: 1. Title of these goods shall NOT pass to the buyer until all monies have been paid in full. 2. SlothStuff reserve the right for its servants or agents to enter the premises of the buyer to recover goods which remain unpaid by the buyer. 3. The risk of the goods listed above passes to the buyer on dispatch from SlothStuff. 4. SlothStuff does not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit; claims should be made to the carrier, complying with any restrictions they may have. 5. All claims must be made in writing, no claims will be accepted after 7 days from the date of this invoice. In no circumstances whatsoever shall our liability exceed the invoice price of the particular item(s) in regard to any claim. SlothStuff will accept no returns of merchandise without prior authorization. All good being returned to SlothStuff must be shipped freight prepaid and accompanied by a returns authorization number (RAN), provided in advance. SlothStuff must receive notification of incorrect, defective or shortage of merchandise within 2 working days of receipt of goods. If SlothStuff LLP is in error, a full refund, including freight will be issued. If returned merchandise was ordered incorrectly by the customer a 20% restocking fee and freight will be charged at the discretion of SlothStuff. All goods must be accompanied with the original invoice number and must be in the original packaging suitable for resale.
