Under the “European Distance Selling Regulations” (see http://www.dti.gov.uk/ccp/topics1/guide/distsell.htm for more information) you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within seven days of delivery. Will are happy to extend this courtesy, just notify us by email or writing quoting the order number. It is expected that the customer take reasonable care of the items and return them in unused condition with the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. The consumer is obliged to return the goods at their own cost within 28 days from the date of delivery to the customer. Unfortunately SlothStuff can take no responsibility for the postage costs incurred. If the goods are not returned in unused condition then the SlothStuff cannot offer a refund for the items.

Please return all goods to the current delivery address as advertised on the website. If none can be found then please contact SlothStuff on any of the contact information provided.

We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 i.e. where goods are not of satisfactory quality or as described.

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufactures instructions, misuse, or alteration or repair of the goods (other than that done by our staff).

SlothStuff will always do our best to come to an appreciable arrangement where circumstances are extenuating. If in any doubt please contact us (SlothStuff ) first before contacting any third party.

Please remember that you are not legally entitled to a refund, subject to “Distance Selling Regulations”, if:

You have changed your mind about the goods.
You have damaged the goods.
You were aware of the defect before you bought the goods.
You find that you no longer need the goods.

All items sold are accompanied with the respective manufacturers warranty only (Where that is SlothStuff , the company issues warranty subject to the terms and conditions supplied with each item)
